Jarred Nicholls of [Think About It] is going to be doing a four part series on the truth about Palestine (or, as many call it, “Palestine”). Here is the intro and here is part 1. Check it out and be informed.
Rachel Lucas responded to the Frank Answers™ question about her in the comments section, and then goes ballistic at the media’s plans for September 11th (or lack of it).
MYONGWATCH! Myong wants you to vote for Democrats to help North Korea. Must… do… as… Myong… says…

  1. Worst figures of the 20th Century? Hmm, so many choices. It’s really hard to cut the list down. How about Michael Moore and Al Franken in a separate Entertainment category. Then again, they’re not very entertaining.

  2. Pol Pot: I saw a history of that regime on history channel – after that I had absolutely no sympathy for the people there. He promised to
    a) stick it to the rich
    b) create, through any means neccessary, a strong state
    c) stick it to the rich
    d) create a country of a single mind and purpose through removing dissidents
    e) stick it to the rich
and several other things (high literacy rate, give the workers all the farms, kill anyone deemed criminal).
They had what were basically “stick it to the rich” rallies of his supporters and he swept into power quickly and through popular support of the workers. Once there he did exactly what he said he would – all of it. Kill the rich, return the land to workers that do not know how to manage it, and punish anyone that was not of a single mind of his country. Before the revolution he had even detailed some of the prison/torture exercises but people were blinded by “stick it to the rich”. After everything was turned over to the workers people realised no one knew how to actually manage the places and proceded to starve and building fail to disrepair. (I guess that is a workers paradise?)
He was also a classic example of an a-moral athiest that the welfare of the majority outweighed everything – thus killing 20% of the population brutally and upping the living standards of the ither 80% was a good exchange (one of his top advisors was a mathematician that calculated such things).
GREAT example of class envy coupled with a regime with no more morality (not necessarily christian, just no other morality) than “good for the majority”

  3. I understand your wrath against the monkey girl. I have heard that she is a good person and might only be studying the monkeys to better understand how to kill them. (a variation of keeping your enemies close or maybe just “know thy enemy”) I can always hope. However, I do believe that Rachel Carson would be a better eco nut to pound on.
I tend to blame her for all the junk science that has infested our politics and kills millions of people with its bad influence.
