Actually, it isn’t getting that much rarer. I’m pretty sure you all know about the Democrats thinking that they won that special election in Ohio even though they lost. However, usually they lose by about 30%. This time they only lost by 4%. They still lost, but it’s a major improvement for them nonetheless.
