All the sponges in John Edwards’s house have rounded corners to prevent injuries, even though it doesn’t always help.
Bonus fact submitted by reader Matt:
In the TV version of the Incredible Hulk, Lou Ferrigno played Bruce Banner’s alter ego. In John Edwards’s version, the Hulk is played by a slap-mad Richard Simmons.
Lol, loved these. Rounded corner sponges? Where’d you think of that?
I would watch any movie with Richard Simmons in it.
I wonder if we could get him as a contestant on the next Survivor?
Joel – I totally stole that from the Simpsons:
“Careful, Smithers! That sponge has corners, you know!”
“I’ll go find a spherical one, sir.”
Kudos to both Harvey “Steven Keaton” and Matt.
Ah I’ve never seen the Simpsons so I wouldn’t know.
ARGH! How dare you compare Richard Simmons to Edwards. Me loves Simmons.
Sure, Simmons acts like a flaming ‘mo, but he’s not. Edwards notsomuch, but . . . who the heck knows. No MAN should pay $400 to preen himself unless there’s a good reason. x_x;
Actually, in the TV version Lou Ferrigno played the alter ego of Dr. DAVID Banner (pointless Jooo script change)…
