A little video NASA made – finally, a COOL waste of taxpayer dollars!
It’s an animated representation of how the moon has changed over the last 4.5 billion years.
It starts a little slow (literally like watching lava dry), but around the 50 second mark, they start simulating very large meteor impacts, and big red mushroom clouds start going up all over the place.
As someone who’s shared Frank’s dream of nuking the moon for almost 10 years, I find this image very satisfying.

Complete with sound effects in a vacuum. Excellent, NASA, Hollywood is proud of you.
Nuke the moon with multiple hits to where it spells out, “USA!”

I hate to troll my own side, but if you can’t laugh at yourself…well then, you’re probably Muslim.
This is where Obama has brought the space program. From landing on the moon to drawing computer simulations of the moon.
I sure hope the muslims like it. NASA has to fulfill its primary functions, don’t you know.
