A California solar company is requesting a $539 million federal grant to help pay off part of a $1.6 billion federal loan.
Wouldn’t it be cheaper to just make electricity by burning the money?

a/k/a exercising their Fed-douchery responsibility.
If they had gotten a 1.6 billion dollar grant in the first place then the government could soon be seeing a 539 million dollar profit for money they didn’t hand out.
Brilliant. What they’re proposing is a perpetual fiscal motion machine. It’s very similar to how we fund the Federal government. Take 300 million out of petty cash and have fun.
Nice scam, they make more money from a failed company than a successful one.
Don’t worry, when the socialists complete their take-over, they won’t need leeches like them anymore and they’ll be the first to go to the Gulags! Yay!
