While I agree with most of this article, they made the wrong choice choice for the best episode of the original series.
The best episode is clearly the Doomsday Machine.

Was that the crossover episode with Obi-Taylor, Anti-Taylor, and Deputy “Babylon” Fife?
…ah yes, that make-believe world in which we finally get that utopia that socialism promises and only the people who the script says should have weapons for the sake of convenient story telling have them while the rest of the world is happily unarmed…and only unimportant extras ever get killed.
