Woman Slips Out of Handcuffs in Police Cruiser and Shoots Cop With His Own AR-15 Before Hours-Long Standoff

They placed [the] 36-year-old into a deputy’s patrol car where she was able to slip out of the handcuffs and reach the officer’s AR-15 that was in a console labeled “gun.”

But is crawling around on the ground barking at people illegal?
You never read about cops getting shot by people pretending to be cats.
