How about we make it that stamps have to be on every mail in ballot. The stamp then becomes a monetary donation to the candidate you did NOT vote for. Voters would then:
1.-Not want to file a ton of fraudulent ballots and help the person they dislike.
2.-Would make them want to vote in person instead of donating to the other party.
3.-Would give each party a more accurate count of the number of votes their opponent got.
4.- Postal workers will be less inclined to lose ballots.
