In doing this, another employee says, “I feel like I finally found my voice as a black woman, and I’m not prepared to lose it.”
Used to like Beck’s, but it spent many years pretending to be German on its front label and admitting to being brewed in America in the small print.
I never did trust the Germans. They started both world wars and had that awful musical group Sprocket.
If they come for my Tequila blood will fill the streets.
I’ll drink to that. First one, then the other.
