Why heck yeah! Some can even be teacher’s pets. However they should be teased unmercifully for it.
What kind of recipe are we expecting them to use? If it’s just going to be a roast or stew, they should be able to manage it, but if we want a gerbil cordon blue or hamster comfit, you are probably out of luck.
