NASCAR Beer Prices for Chicago Race Are Going Viral for All the Wrong Reasons
Penn Live | 28 June 2023 | Brian Linder

When beer prices are making news at an event, it’s never a good thing . . .

A six-pack of Busch Light or Michelob Ultra will run you $63. That’s about five times the price of a 12-pack of cans outside the event.

Brutal.

Good news is, if you just want a single beer, that will only cost you $10.50 … or about the price of a 12-pack.

We definitely have a race problem.

  1. First of all, those are both AB InBev brands, so no thank you. Secondly, isn’t AB trying to pass off Michelob as a premium brand? How are they selling for the same price as the ultra cheap Busch label?

At least a NASCAR race is an actual event. Baseball will have 81 games for the locals to enjoy, hockey and basketball each 40, and even football will have eight, most tracks will only have one race each year. The venues need to monetize as much as possible to get that profit.

  2. On the eighth day God created the camel back water storage system for runners and hikers. You fill it full with good Canadian whiskey and strap it on under your shirt. Have it straight up,order a water with tons of ice or a Pepsi with tons of ice. Worn to the front and Security approaches say you have a colostomy, leave my sh1t alone. Enjoy and follow me for more cost cutting ideas..
